Personal Best Running Workout Schedule Notes

SUNDAY 7AM WORKOUTS: Sunday workout instruction begins at 7:00 AM sharp. Runners should arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to allow for a full stretch and use of bathrooms before workout instructions begin. Coaches will be on hand early for questions or concerns.





THURSDAY 6:15PM WORKOUTS Thursday evening workout instruction begins at 6:15 PM sharp unless otherwise noted.Runners should arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to do a 10 – 15 minute warm-up and full stretch before instruction. Coaches will be on hand early for questions or concerns.





LATE WORKOUT: Workout will begin 1 hour later than usual the time. Runners should arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to do a 10 – 15 minute warm-up and full stretch before instruction. Coaches will be on hand early for questions or concerns.





ROCKVILE 8K: Rockville 8K begins at 8:45 PM.Plan to be in Rockville 1 hour before race time.





ANNAPOLIS 10 MILER: Annapolis 10 Miler begins at 7:00 A.M.Plan to be in Annapolis 1 hour before race time.





PHILLY HALF MARATHON: We believe that no numbers will be mailed. All numbers must be picked up at the expo and we are not sure you can pick them up race day either.
