Dr. Ron Kulik
Dr. Ron Kulik has been running competitively for over 20 years and has won more than 50 road races. He is a veteran of over a dozen marathons, including a 5th place finish in the Philadelphia Independence Marathon and 6th place in the Marine Corps Marathon with a personal best of 2:26.
Ron has been among the top ranked runners in the D.C. metro area since moving here in 1991. In 1994 the D.C. Road Runners Club named him D.C. Road Runner of the Year. For the past 11 years, Ron has been developing individualized training programs and coaching runners from the mile to the marathon.
